- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 2–3 tablespoons heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- In a mason jar or small bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
- Whisk the mixture thoroughly until it is smooth and lump-free.
- Pour the cold brew coffee over the pumpkin mixture, leaving room for ice.
- Stir gently to combine the coffee and pumpkin mixture.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice if desired.
- Give it a final gentle stir before serving.
Notes
Do not use pumpkin pie filling; use plain 100% pure pumpkin puree. For best results, ensure the cold brew is well-chilled. You can make coffee ice cubes to prevent dilution. The pumpkin mixture can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
